Hands on (Experiential). Using techniques of Expressive Art Therapy, primarily drama therapy, Jen will guide participants in an art-making and storytelling session. The focus will be on your own inner experience, with the goal of seeing how arts can be used for empowerment, well-being, and self-expression. Jen will then give participants more expressive art tools and exercises to use in their own classrooms.
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Please bring a curious and open mind! All art materials will be provided.
